Terms and Conditions

These General Terms & Conditions apply to all exhibitors participating in the upcoming Semicon Expo 2025, scheduled for 11th and 12th December 2025 at Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, India. By submitting a registration, exhibitors agree to comply with the following terms:

1. Registration & Payment Terms

  • All registration requests must be submitted online by the authorized representative of the participating company.
  • Stall allocation will be confirmed only upon receipt of full payment in advance.
  • In case of postponement or cancellation of the event, the organizer’s liability is limited to a refund of fees paid.
  • No refund will be provided if the exhibitor withdraws or if the event is rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • While all efforts will be made to honor exhibitor preferences, specific locations are not guaranteed.
  • If the balance payment is not received at least 15 days before the event, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the booking without refund.
  • Only the agreed-upon exhibits may be displayed. Any additions must receive prior written approval.
  • The organizers will not be liable if the application is submitted by an unauthorized third party.
  • Exhibitors are required to insure their exhibits before bringing them to the venue.

2. Possession of Stalls

  • For Shell Scheme, stall possession will be provided on 10th December 2025 after 12:00 p.m.
  • For Bare Space, possession will begin on 10th December 2025 after 10:00 a.m.
  • All stalls must be vacated by 9:00 p.m. on 12th December 2025.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • 100% refund if cancelled before 120 days of the event.
  • 75% refund if cancelled before 90 days of the event.
  • 50% refund if cancelled before 60 days of the event.
  • 25% refund if cancelled before 30 days of the event.
  • No refund if cancelled within 30 days of the event date.

4. Other Terms & Conditions

  • The organizers reserve the right to reallocate or resize stalls under special circumstances.
  • Misleading or false information, or failure to pay rental charges, may lead to cancellation of participation.
  • Layout adjustments or changes to neighboring stalls may occur; exhibitors may not claim compensation for these changes.
  • For Shell Scheme stalls under 9 sqm, the following will be provided:
    • Fascia board with company name
    • One table, two chairs
    • Three spotlights
    • One electric point
    • Floor carpeting
    • Listing in the official show catalogue
  • For Bare Space/Open Sky, only an electric connection will be provided. Exhibitors must arrange for booth design, furniture, and equipment independently or through the official vendor.
  • Exhibitors are responsible for setup, maintenance, and dismantling of their booths.
  • Maximum structure height is 4 meters. Rear walls must not exceed 3 meters. Branding may reach 4 meters but must be centered and not span full side walls.
  • Exhibitors using custom-built stalls must obtain a Structure Stability Certificate from a qualified engineer.
  • For shell scheme booths, panel size is approx. 1 meter wide and 2.5 meters high.
  • Use of music systems or special lighting should not disturb nearby exhibitors or attendees. Violations may result in termination of display.
  • Exhibits must not block public areas or create safety hazards.
  • Use of flammable materials, toxic chemicals, or smoke-emitting devices is strictly prohibited.
  • Stands must be fully ready at least four hours before the opening on the first day.
  • Early dismantling before the official close of the show will not be permitted.
  • Distribution of promotional materials is only allowed within the exhibitor's booth area.
