- Booth merging subject to organizer's discretion

🔁 Space Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 100% refund if cancelled before 120 days
- 75% refund if cancelled before 90 days
- 50% refund if cancelled before 60 days
- 25% refund if cancelled before 30 days
- 0% refund if cancelled within 30 days
