Welcome to Semicon Expo, managed by Urban Infra Group, New Delhi, India. The following Refund Policy applies to all registrations, bookings, and payments made through our official website, semiconexpo.com, or through any authorized channels of Semicon Expo.
All payments made for participation as an exhibitor, visitor, delegate, sponsor, or any other category at Semicon Expo are considered final and non-refundable. Once registration is confirmed and payment is successfully processed, no refunds will be issued under normal circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, instances of no-show, scheduling conflicts, or change in participant’s availability.
However, in exceptional cases such as event cancellation or postponement initiated by the organizer, our Company may offer alternative compensation including a credit note, transfer of registration to a future event, or partial refund at its sole discretion. Any such refund or compensation will be processed within 30 business days after a formal review and approval. Requests must be submitted in writing to info@semiconexpo.com with all relevant transaction details.
No refund requests will be entertained due to acts of nature, force majeure events, travel restrictions, or third-party disruptions beyond our control. Substitutions of attendees (for paid delegates or participants) may be allowed upon written request at least 10 days before the event, subject to approval.
